LAKE LAWN REGATTA($25/person plus tax) (60-90 minutes)It’s “all hands on deck” for this seafaring team building activity. Teams will be responsible for designing, building, and then attempting to race a “sea-worthy” vessel across the pool or lake with only the materials provided. Team members will also participate in challenges along the way to better their team’s time.

WELLNESS & FITNESS($130/class plus tax) (30-60 minutes)Whether it’s core training, upper body training, lower body training, agility training, or yoga, we can put together a customized fitness class to get your group energized and engaged.

LAKE LAWN 500($25/person plus tax) (60-90 minutes)Start your engines and be prepared to create a track-worthy vehicle that can navigate through a challenge course with only the materials provided. Teams will be responsible for designing, building, and then racing their vehicle while team members participate in challenges along the way.

KAYAK RELAYS($25/person plus tax) (30-60 minutes)Teams have a great time participating in a customized challenge course using Lake Lawn Resort kayaks.

TANAGRAM GAS LEAK($20/person plus tax) (30-60 minutes)The scene is set with a story about an imaginary town and a gas leak. Your team’s task is to work cooperatively to recreate a given pattern in puzzle format to patch the gas leak and save the town.

Learning outcomes: Teamwork, Puzzle Solving, Creative Thinking, Effective Resource Utilization.

TEAM TRIVIA (pricing based on group size) (60 minutes)A trivia event designed to keep your entire group engaged, thinking and competing. Six rounds of team trivia covering categories of Pop Culture, TV/Movies, Sports and more. Questions are created to align with your group’s specifications and goals and can cover any topic.

Learning outcomes: Knowledge, Fun, Team Spirit, and Competition.

METEORITE MISSION($15/person plus tax) (30-45 minutes)Communication methods are as different as the people who utilize them. Often, we may find that our communication methods are not in sync with the overall mission. Participants will be required to look at a challenge from another’s perspective and will discover that with perseverance and cooperation they can accomplish their goals.

SCAVENGER HUNT($10/person plus tax • +$5/person for “poker run”) (60 minutes)Teams go on an adventure, touring the entire resort, inside and out, while following clues and collecting items in this customizable scavenger hunt. For an added charge, add a “poker run” element to the scavenger hunt.

GLOW IN THE DARK MINI-GOLF ($10/person plus tax) (60 minutes)We’ve added an extra “night time twist” to this popular activity! Teams have a great time playing 18 holes of miniature golf in the dark with lively music accompanying the game. Compete for the lowest score with your glow in the dark golf ball.

WACKY MINI-GOLF ($10/person plus tax) (60 minutes)Teams have a great time playing 18 holes of miniature golf using unusual items instead of a putter to accomplish the usual goal of having the lowest score.

LAWN GAME PARTY PACKAGE($150 for 2 hours) ($50 per hour for additional hours) Enjoy a backyard lawn game party package which includes two Bag Toss sets, one Giant Jenga game, one Bocce Ball set, and one Ladder Golf set.

Ideal for groups of 20 or less, this fun activity includes golf balls, 5 full rental sets and transportation to the driving range (based on availability), one Majestic Oaks logo golf glove/person and one Majestic Oaks logo ball/person.

MAJESTIC OAKS PUTTING GREEN EXPERIENCE($10 per person)

Want an ideal group activity for up to 10 people? Come utilize the Majestic Oaks’ practice putting green. Majestic Oaks will provide up to 5 rental putters and golf balls. Plus, each guest will receive one draft beer and one Majestic Oaks logo ball.

GOLF BALL LAUNCHER CONTEST(Pricing based on group size)

Participants use THE LAUNCHER (an air-powered cannon that can shoot a ball up to 450 yards) at the Majestic Oaks Driving Range. Enjoy contests for accuracy, form and more!
