Job interview is to identify and select the candidate who is the best fit for your company. Your ability as a business owner or manager to conduct an affective interview is one of the most important aspect of the hiring process.

Arrive early.

Maintain good eye contact during the interview.

Sit still in your seat; avoid fidgeting and slouching.
