•There has been a hike in apartments that were absorbed in Faridabad compared to Gurgaon and Noida .
•Also out of the construction units available in the NCR, Faridabad has the lowest share of construction units- 5%. So a greater number of housing units can be launched in Faridabad owing to the spurt in the growth of industry in the city and the improvement in infrastructure.

GROWTH STIMULATORS
• KMP expressway a recent initiative of Haryana & U.P. govt. would act as a ring road to NCR. The expressway once completed would link areas of Kundli, Manesar, Palwal with Gurgaon, Faridabad, NOIDA & Ghaziabad.
•The improved connectivity of Faridabad would result in appreciation of the property prices.
• Planned extension of Delhi Metro to South Delhi is also expected to increase the marketability of Faridabad. This would further reduce the transit time betweenDelhi & Faridabad & result in appreciation of property prices.
• Great future connectivity to NOIDA, Greater NOIDA, South Delhi & Gurgaon. Gurgaon-Faridabad wide road is already in place. Flyover from NOIDA –Greater NOIDA expressway is proposed.
• Expressway from Kalindi Kunj is slated to be completed before Commonwealth games 2010 which will facilitate a smooth journey to Agra.
