Cigarettes and alcohol are readily available and generally accepted in our society, many people use them for various purposes. Teenagers, like us are especially vulnerable because you are more curious and risk-takers.

Step 1: Tell the problem

Ask: What is the problemYou partner must tell the problem.Say: “That is wrong.”

“Smoking is bad.”“That is prohibited.”

Ask: What could happen?Your partner must share the possible dangers.Say:“Could anyone be harmed if you do it?”

“You may get sick and affect others.”

Simple say, “No, I am not interested.”Change the topic. “I am going to the park,

Only a person can help himself. PREVENTION is still better than cure. That is why a person must have a strong foundation of resistance skills.
