The first (2a) is the fuel filler neck bulkhead, and the second (2b) is the forward bulkhead of the trunk compartment. The grommets (1c) are the late style and they fit part way through the steel panel. The supporting plates (each secured with 3 sheet metal screws) keep the grommet in place. When the fuel filler closeout panel (3a) and the Armacord is replaced (3b), the grommets and supporting plates are completely hidden.
