SITUATION – The sale field has excellent access from the A518 between Stafford and Uttoxeter.

From Uttoxeter pick up the A518 Stafford Road out of town and at the left hand fork take the Abbots Bromley Road, the B5013. Travel one mile to the Old Red Cow public house and turn right signposted for Kingstone. Travel through the village of Kingstone and after one mile drop into The Blythe and at the bottom of the small hamlet turn left, before the river bridge, signposted Newton, Admaston & The Blythe Inn, continue along the tarmac lane, past the pub with the sale car park field first on the left.

From A518 Adjoining Grindley House on the main highway pick up the lane for Drointon and The Blythe, and after ½ a mile bear left (adjoining the old station house) signed for The Blythe. Continue round the severe bends to the grass triangle and take the left hand lane, signposted for Kingstone and The Blythe. After ½ a mile travel over the river bridge and immediately turn right, signed for Newton, Admaston & The Blythe Inn. Continue past the pub with the sale car park field lying on the left.

LIABILITY The Auctioneers and the Landlords cannot be held responsible for any accident, loss or damage from any cause whatsoever which may occur whilst the item is on the Sale Ground. All lots are at the Vendor’s risk until sold and the Purchaser’s risk immediately at the fall of the Auctioneer’s hammer.

SITE CLEARANCE/INSURANCE All Lots should be removed from the Sale Site on Sale Day. Vendors and Purchasers must ensure that they have adequate insurance to cover all items whilst they are on site

UNSOLD LOTS Vendors must check the Sold/Unsold status of their lots with the Sales Office. The Auctioneers reserve the right to charge for the removal of items left on the Sale Site after the Day of Sale.

LOTS NOT FORWARD The Auctioneers will use every Endeavour to ensure that all lots listed in the catalogue are presented for sale, but cannot accept responsibility for any lots not being presented. Nor can they entertain any claim for expenses incurred in abortive attendance at the sale.
