2020 Annual Griffith Week of Golf Information

Remember the Annual Griffith Week of Golf is always the last full week in October. In 2020 it is from Monday 25th to the 30th of October. Entries will be taken from now until all places are filled. The format will be the same as last year in that Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are individual competi-tion days that include the NSWVGA trophies and the club challenge. Friday is the medley 4BBB event. As an aside, the Club challenge is for one team of four players (male and/or female), from the same club, nominated at registration or before play commences on Monday. The aggregate scores from all players over the three days count. So ensure you have the four players. DON”T for-get the Bear Challenge. We raised $1,200 in 2018, and hope to raise more in 2020.

The registration is still on Sunday at around 5pm with a BBQ, and the goody bag returns again which showcases the area’s produce. Ask the 2019 players how good it was. Apart from tournament pho-tos provided, free watermelon refreshment, storage available for your golf bags at the club. AND we have a few more surprises planned.

Wednesday.— Visit to Casella again planned so be early as numbers limited.

Wine Tasting tour plus light lunch at nominal cost. Depends on numbers.

Wednesday is PASTA night
