1. Greys Woodworks sheds are built to NYS building code,

which makes obtaining a building permit very simple! We are

fully insured and have the necessary plans to help you through

the process.

2. Our sheds can be delivered fully assembled or can come

panelized and built on your property. There is no need for us

to drive on your lawn, so you don't have to worry about us

tearing up your grass, removing any fence or disturbing your

landscape! We have state-of-the-art equipment to handle the

shed installations.

3. When you buy a shed from us, we are involved every step

of the way. There is no dealing with contractors or outside

companies - Greys Woodworks handles your shed from start

to finish! Plus, since we are a local company, we know the

area well and show up on time. Getting a shed from Greys

Woodworks is a hassle-free experience!

pool houses come in a variety of styles, sizes, and colors. We will help you design a shed

to match your surroundings and meet your needs. Select from our wide variety of siding

options and arrange doors and windows to your liking. All of our sheds and pool houses are

handcrafted in modern workshops. Not only does a shed or pool house from Grey's Woodworks

provide much needed storage space for your mower, snow blower or bike, but it is also an

attractive addition to your property.

Please have 10 to 16 (2" thick) concrete patio blocks for Greys crew to use for leveling purposes.

If the site is more than 6" out of level, it needs to be leveled by purchaser by installing a frame

and filling it with gravel or a similar material. This option can be done by Greys at an additional

charge, based upon a site inspection.

This building is delivered completely assembled. Access must be available to deliver pre-built

sheds or for panels to be assembled on the property.

*EXCAVATION, CONCRETE BLOCKS AND BUILDING PERMITS (WHERE APPLICABLE) ARE THE

PURCHASERS RESPONSIBILITY.

GAZEBOS:Every custom-built gazebo is designed to give you many years of enjoyment. Handcrafted from CA Natural Select (Arsenic-Free) pressure-treated southern yellow pine for maximum strength and long life. Kiln-drying both before and after pressure-treating makes painting or clear wood finish application possible immediately. #1 24" cedar shakes provide lasting beauty and protection. Each board is planed and shaped for smooth surfaces and finished edges.

Stainless steel screws in weather-exposed areas provide maximum durability. Parquet-type floor on every octagon or oval gazebo. Cedar-shingled cupola included as shown.

STANDARD ROOF: Pressure-treated T&G underlay with 30-year architectural shingles OR #2 cedar shakes over pressure-treated 1" x 4" lath and cupola. Two 36" x 76" 15-lite aluminum door.

STRUCTURAL POSTS:We fabricate special structural components by creating a vinyl sleeve to cover the treated lumber support posts. The treated lumber is never exposed to the elements. The vinyl sleeve means no splinters and no maintenance.

HIGH QUALITY VINYL:Vinyl has been used in construction for a long time, especially in structures such as fences. But there is a big difference in the quality of vinyl used for outdoor applications. We use only vinyl with the highest grade ingredients and added thickness for extended service life and attractive appearance. Select from White, Ivory or Clay.

CEILING:Engineered drawings and floor plans are available for building permit purposes. We call the boards that form the ceiling and roof deck underlay. The underlay consists of tongue and groove boards to make construction as durable as it is beautiful.

STANDARD ROOF:Pressure-treated T&G underlay with 30-year architectural shingles.

100A. Make a right on to Route 55 East and follow

for 10 miles. Grey's will be on your right.

fRom ulSteR county:Route 209 South to Napanoch. Make a right on to

Route 55 West and follow for 18 miles. Grey's will

be on your left.

fRom delaWaRe county:Route 17 East to Exit 100. Turn right. Turn right at

traffic light and follow Route 55 East for 10 miles.

Grey's will be on your right.

fRom dutcheS S county:Take the Mid-Hudson Bridge to Route 9W North.

Turn left on to Route 299 and go through New

Paltz. Continue to the Route 44/55 intersection

and turn right. Continue to Route 209 intersection

and turn left on to Route 209 South. Drive to

Napanoch and turn right on to Route 55 West.

Follow for 18 miles and Grey's will be on your left.

In 1979, our founder Bob Grey was asked by a neighbo

r to build

a utility shed. A carpenter by trade with a passion for w

oodwork,

Bob built a custom barn-style shed with craftsmanship

impressive that it caught the attention of many passers

-by. As a

result, requests began pouring in from people who wan

ted Bob to
