Alive is a massive programme of regeneration within the town that has already delivered brand new railway and bus stations, bespoke student accommodation and new manufacturing facilities for both Carlsberg UK and Cosworth.
The Greyfriars site itself is located within the heart of the town centre and is just 10 minutes from the M1, A45 and A5 and 1 hour from London and Birmingham.
A unique opportunity:This is the first time in a generation that such a large site in the town centre has become available.
The right development is crucial to meet the requirements of the additional 5,000 office workers, 14,000 students and 15,000 new residents accessing the town by 2018.
Northampton offers:

Northampton Alive:As well as the new transport infrastructure already operating in the town, we will also see over the next few years the further development of the 120ha Northampton Waterside Enterprise Zone, a new purpose built £330m Town Centre University Campus and the further development of a designated Creative and Cultural Quarter. The Cultural Quarter is already home to Northampton Museum and Art Gallery, The Royal & Derngate Theatre and the Errol Flynn Filmhouse.
