    Meaning of grievance

    A grievance is any real or imaginary feelingof dissatisfaction and injustice which an

    employee has about his employment

    relationship.

    DIFFINITION OF GRIEVANCE

    According to Dale S. Beach :- Grievance is any dissatisfaction or feeling of injustice

    in connection with ones employment situation that isbrought to the attention of management.

    According to Michael J. Jucious :- A grievance is any dissatisfaction or discontent ,

    whether expressed or not , whether valid or not,arising out of anything connected with the companythat an employee think believes or even feels , is unfair

    , unjust or inequitable.

    GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL IN INDIANINDUSTRY In Indian industry , adequate attention has not been

    paid to the settlement of grievance . Legislative

    framework only indirectly deals with the redressal of

    individual grievances. It consists of :1. The industrial employment (standing orders) Act.
