I was hired as an Independent Sales Distributor to launch Uroplasty’s products to physicians and hospitals in a three state territory. Products included a transurethral sling, urethral silicone bulking agent, and a percutaneous needle electrode stimulator. Due to my sales accomplishments I was asked to interview for an internal management position.

ORTHO - MCNEIL – Urology District Sales Manager - January 2002- November 2004I managed a sales force between 8-12 Representatives in Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and the Panhandle of Florida. Under my leadership, several sales reps were promoted to higher positions within the company. I helped to identify numerous physicians to become speakers (KOL’s) for our products. J&J acquired ALZA in January 2002 and I continued with J&J as a District Sales Manager. I identified physicians nationally to promote several of our products and I promoted several representatives to become District Trainers.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

- Led the region in sales growth in 2001 for the product Elmiron. - Led the region in sales growth for a 4 month period for the product Testoderm.- Increased the sales of Testoderm (Testosterone Transdermal System) by a staggering

300% by implementing educational programs at Vanderbilt, UT Medical School, UAB, and others.

- Created a resource tool, which was implemented company wide, to increase awareness of different Urology disease states.
