Greetings from Morningside Elementary, We hope you are staying warm this cold winter season. With all of this foggy weather, it’s hard to believe that Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! A few reminders we head into February: Class Valentine’s Day parties will be on February 13 th (as there is no school on February 14 th ). If you would like to volunteer to help, please contact your child’s teacher or room parent ASAP. There will be no school on Presidents Day (February 18 th ) or on Valentines Day (February 14 th ) We would love to see everyone at the PTA meeting on the 13th. It is at 7:00 pm in the Morningside library and all Morningside parents are invited to attend. This month is Pancakes for Parents where parents and students are invited to the Morningside cafeteria at 7:30 a.m. for breakfast and a trip to the library to see what the AR testing program is all about. Watch for more information on this to come Morningside Elementary February Newsletter . The Twin Falls School District is in the process of working to pass a school bond for badly needed new construction in our district. The vote for this bond will be on March 11 th . Mark your calendars as a reminder to get to the polls! We are also seeking volunteers to help with the bond effort. If you would like to volunteer, or would just like some more information on the bond, please contact Mrs. Brewer at Morningside or PTA president Karen Miller at [email protected] . Information can also be found by “liking” the Citizens for the Twin Falls School District Bond Levy on Facebook. We love being Morningside Mustangs!

Greetings from Morningside Elementary,

We hope you are staying warm this cold winter season. With all of this foggy weather, it’s hard to believe that Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! A few reminders we head into February:

Class Valentine’s Day parties will be on February 13th (as there is no school on February 14th). If you would like to volunteer to help, please contact your child’s teacher or room parent ASAP.
