Learn to Tame the Time Monster

Classes in Time ManagementDo you ever feel like there’s just

not enough time in the day to do

everything you either want or

need to do? Fitting in school,

homework, activities, chores,

eating and sleeping all in a single

day can be quite the challenging

task; and don’t forget about taking some time for fun

and relaxation too! Learning to tame the time monster

is a lot easier than you think! During these 4

workshops, we will discover a strategy that will assist

us in successfully accomplishing our responsibilities

while leaving time for the things we enjoy doing. The

benefit… is feeling less stressed and more happy.

Hope to see you there!
