Aims and Learning Outcomes of the Unit The aim of this unit was for you to learn the meaning of the musical concepts that you will see listed on this sheet. Through playing the musical arrangement of ‘Greensleeves’, you should have had a chance to hear and play these concepts and to find out what they mean. Go though the concept checklist. If you’re entirely happy that you know the full meaning of a concept, tick the ‘secure’ beside the concept. However, if you’re still not entirely sure tick either ‘developing’ or ‘consolidating’. You should tick ‘developing’ if you’re really not that sure of a concept’s meaning, ‘consolidating’ if you basically know what it means, but you’re not completely confident that you could explain to your teacher its full meaning.
