LONG STAY – PAY 6 STAY 7

This offer is for all Green Safaris properties and can be used at one property or combining 2 of the properties in the portfolio. Book 7 nights at any one or two properties and receive the 7th night free. For 2020 this offer can be doubled up if staying 14 nights to receive 2 nights free!

HONEYMOON SPECIAL For honeymoon couples the Bride pays 50% of the nightly rate, this cannot be applied to the 3 night package rates and we reserve the right to ask for your marriage license or equivalent paperwork.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Our default conditions are that 20% deposit of the total accommodation charge is required when making a reservation in

order to secure the booking. Once we have a trading relationship, we will of course try an improve on this for you

• When including flights certain carriers require us to collect full payment for the flight sectors, we cannot confirm an

itinerary in these cases without this

• Full payment is required 45 days prior to the confirmed arrival date

• We reserve the right to ask guests to Check in after 13.00hrs and Check out by 11.00hrs at certain properties during high

season, we will make you aware of this prior to arrival and you can rely upon us to ensure this happens smoothly • The lawyers require us to have a long and very formal T&C document that we must suggest you review before booking

CANCELLATIONS: At Green Safaris we are not keen on billing people for not staying with us. We will therefore never charge you 100% cancellation fees unless it is totally unavoidable. The reality is a cancellation costs us as much as a stay. On third party sectors (including flights) on your booking we will pass through, without change, the best deal we can negotiate on your behalf. Cancellations must be made in writing; our cancellation conditions are as follows:

• 60 days or more to confirmed arrival date are at 25% of rack rate

• 30 to 59 days prior to confirmed arrival date are at 50% rack rate

• For bookings less than 30days prior to confirmed departure date we accept that these cancellations are almost always due

to unfortunate and unavoidable circumstances for our clients, so we have changed the rules for the better of clients:

o The cancellation charge to the booking agent remains 50% of RACK rate

o If the guest decides to rebook at any time during the subsequent 12 months (the booking must be made within

18months as the original booking) we will only charge 50% of RACK for the new booking
