Green Inertia (formerly Inertia Architects, Engineers & Interior

Designers)has been in operation since 2005 in Hyderabad and other

parts of South India. The firm has some of the most remarkable

achievements in the field of Sustainable Architectural design and

LEED Consultancy in the country today.

Green Inertia completed its first prestigious Comprehensive

Architectural design and LEED Consultancy project “HITAM

(Hyderabad Institute of Technology and Management) - Campus at

Hyderabad”, in the year 2007 which was rated as the first LEED Silver

Educational campus in India by USGBC (US Green Building Council).

Further ahead the firm bagged another prestigious LEED consultancy

project for IRICEN office building at Pune, A Central Railway project in

the year 2008 which is again the first green building project initiated by

Indian Railways in the country striving towards LEED Gold rating.The

firm has also served as principal consultant to some of the Leading

energy consultancy firms in india executing prestigious LEED rated

projects like Goldman sachs-LEED CI,TCS IT Park-LEED NC India

and so on.

The firm specializes in Architectural and Engineering Design,

Comprehensive Sustainable Design, Energy Modeling and LEED

facilitation as its core capabilities. Since its inception, the firm has
