Green Dream Mint Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach leaves¾ cup Vanilla Greek yogurt½ fresh avocado½ cup pineapple tidbits¼ cup pineapple juice (from the pineapple tidbits)½ cup milk 1 teaspoon honey¼ teaspoon peppermint extract Ice chips
Instructions
In a blender add spinach, yogurt, avocado, pineapple, pineapple juice, milk, honey, and peppermint. Blend until smooth.Add ice chips and blend to desired consistency.Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge, unsweetened coconut flakes, and chia seeds! (this step is optional)
