(PG1) Key summary of points from refugees to EU governments(PG2): 1) Europe must take a collective, shared approach to facilitate international protection, help them integrate, support them to live in safety and dignity, and fulfil their children’s basic right to education. 2) Widen the family reunification process 3) Give us information such as how long the process of gaining refugee staus might take, that way gives people structure which they can follow rather than taking steps because they feel the process has no end for them. 4) Better protection in the camp and improved attention to refugees human rights. Pg 5 to 15 Focused on refugees stories covering 3 main themes Pg 5Lack of the possibility to return Pg 7 gives refugees opinions on the EU Turkey deal and feeling of being abandoned Pg9 focuses on the issues people have had with family reunifcation Pg 11 Lack of information on there rights etc Pg 13 Lack of a feeling of being safe at the sities Pg 15 focused on examples of the poor health care facialities
