• End of the trip and conclusions.

11th November Monday

• 17.10h. We arrived at the Athens International Airport Eleftheerios Venizelos from Lleida.

• We were received by Mrs Laskarina Polemi, Mr Joan, 1st Kesariani Senior High School teachers and Joan, who is a student in this school. We took this picture to remember our arrival. It’s impossible to have a warmer welcome!!!!!!

. Then, we went to our accommodation, Divani Palace Acropolis Hotel.

We did the check-in, and had dinner together.

• Students and teachers from both schools visited the Acropolis. A local guide told us about the origins of each building in the Acropolis. We took some pictures. Wonderful views of the city from the Acropolis!!!

12th NovemberTuesday

• In the afternoon we visited the school, 1st Senior High School of Kesariani. It took place a meeting with students and teachers in the gym. We played a game, it was a way to know us. We had to say the name and a word that defines yourself. It was a fun evening. We really enjoyed playing with this game.

13th NovemberWednesday

• There were a meeting at Kesariani school, where we explained our project.

• It was a useful meeting, students and teachers shared our experiences.

• After the presentation of the project, we ate typical Greek dishes and we made `”pà amb tomàquet I pernil”, typical in our land, Catalonia, Spain.

• The meal ended with music that previously had prepared the Spanish students; we managed to break barriers of shame. It was fun to share those moments with nice friends!!

• We could see other view of the city going up by funicular!

• The sights were fantastic!

• We went to the school where a kind teacher and some students showed us several experiments comparing the society, teamwork ...to the EU

14th NovemberThursday

• .Then we went together to Syntagma Square to see the changing of the guard; after, we walk around the garden near the square.

• Then we go under Hadrian's Arch to see the temple of Zeus.

After that, we saw the Filopappos viewpoint where we had a magnificent night view of Athens and the Acropolis.

After dinner, we went to a bar and smoke a water pipe and tasted a honey liqueur typical Greek. We enjoyed a lot!!

15th NovemberFriday

Museum of Modern Art, Athens-meaning in our work.

In this museum we saw new hope and motivation towards the future. After the ashes, we can start again.

That day we had lunch together at a restaurant where we could eat dishes such as musaka and skewers of meat.

• In the afternoon we had free time and some of us decided to go shopping (souvenirs) and others caught the subway to know the port, the South Acropolis, and the football stadium. We were surprised, the port was a quite place!

That night after dinner we went together to a traditional Greek music bar. We really enjoyed listening tradicional music and dancing..

The journey to Lleida began at two o'clock, some in the morning went for a walk in Plaka streets. Mrs Laskarina Polemi, always nice and friendly went with us to the airport. The first plane we caught arrived at Zurich Airport at 17:40; the second plane landed at Barcelona Airport at 22:20. The last traject was from Barcelona to Lleida; We arrived at midnight.

16th NovemberSaturday

Conclusions• We had a great time together!!! Thank you to

Mrs Laskarina Polemi, thank you to her colleagues and to her students.

• Thanks for offering us the opportunity to participate in a valued project by EU. And thank you for your warm host!!! From now on, you are our friends and we hope to have the opportunity to invite you to our country soon.

• We feel really lucky!!
