Town of Bethany Service Area: Medical appointments and grocery shopping: In-town only.

Eligibility: Bethany residents age 55 and over, and persons with permanent or temporary disability.

Eligibility: Branford residents age 60 and over. Clients must be ambulatory and independent.

Branford, Guilford, Madison, Clinton, Killingworth, Westbrook, Old Saybrook, Old Lyme, Essex, and Madison.

Eligibility: Madison residents age 60 and over; those age 18 and older disabled with medical certification.

Greater New Haven Transit District (GNHTD)

Service Area: Adult day center, employment, errands and medical appointments. Resident of Bethany, Branford, Cheshire, East Haven, Guilford, Hamden, New Haven, North Branford, North Haven, Orange, West Haven and Woodbridge.

Eligibility: Age 60 and over; residents with certified disabilities, as outlined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Eligibility: Age 60 and over; clients must be ambulatory with no other means of transportation.
