• 2/3 of world’s population lives in 10 / 40 window.


• 95 % of those living in 10 / 40 window have never heard a clear gospel presentation.

• 1/3 of world’s population have never heard the name of Jesus spoken.


• The majority of those living in the 10 / 40 window are followers of:• Islam (Fastest growing. By 2010 will out

number Christians in Europe) • Buddhism • Hinduism

•At current growth by 2020 these three could out number Christians in America


• The majority of the countries of the 10 / 40 window are closed to traditional US missionaries

• Several open to third world missionaries• Some open to U.S. tent making

missionaries


• 30 of the countries that are open to U.S. missionaries have little or no missionary witness.


• American families making $20,000 a year are in the upper ½ of 1 % of world’s population.

• ½ of population of the world will never own and can only dream of owning a bicycle.

• ½ of world’s population will never ride in a car


• On an average less than 1 % of all giving in churches will go into missions.


• WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN?

currently doing them.2. We must accept the challenge or

command of the Great Commission and take it personal.

3. We must realize that Missions giving is not an option it is an obedient investment in souls.
