    II. Get to the heart of the passage; dont simply skim the surface.

    III. Give everyone in your group a chance to talk.

    IV. When you share, try to connect your thoughts to the previous speaker. (Build bridges.)

    V. When someone is speaking, everyone else is listening.

    VI. Never ridicule or cut down anothers answers.

    VII. When you disagree, do so with respect and charity.

    VIII. Do not fear silence.

    IX. If you have not completed your homework, allow others the opportunity to express their answers before you respond.

    X. Enjoy yourself!
