Certainfactorsmayrequireanincreaseinthecapacityofanycontemplatedgreaseseparatorsuchasextentofdetergentsinthewaste,ratioofgreasetowater,specificgravityofgreasefiltrates,speedofwastewaterflowandthepresenceoflargefoodparticlesingreaseladenwater.

BIOMATIC ENZYME LIQUID

Thisisaspecialformulationofseveralstrainsofnatural,environmentallyfriendlybacteria,whichdigestandbreakdowngrease,oilsandothercomplexorganicmatter.

Customer’sexperienceshowsthatliquidisthemostconvenientformofstoringandusingBiomaticenzymes.Usermixeddrypowdersraiseissuesconcerningappropriatestorage,accuracyofdosingsolutionmixture(i.e.effectivenessandcost)andinconvenience.

UsedcorrectlyaspartofourintegratedgreaseseparatorsystemsBiomaticenzymeliquidensuresfreeflowingdrains,eliminationofodoursandreductioninmaintenancecosts.SEDIMENT SEPARATION

Allowatleast2metres(moreispreferablebutnomorethan8m)ofun-insulatedpipeworkbetweentheoutletofanapplianceandtheSeparatorinlet.

FrostBiomaticliquidworksbestbetween15-30°C.Externallysitedabovegroundinterceptorsshouldbeinsulated.

TheSeparatorisdesignedtodealwithliquidwasteonly.Foul drainage should never be fed into the Separator.

SolidmattershouldbefilteredfromthewasteasmuchaspossiblebeforeenteringtheSeparator,wecanmanufacturetwochamberSeparators,whichincludesasolidsinterceptor.PleasecontactourTechnicalDepartmentformoreinformation.

WastedisposalunitsshouldbypasstheSeparatorwherepossible.

Separatorsshouldbefullysupportedfrombelow.A100mm-150mmconcreteslabisideal.Wheretheinterceptoristoberecessedintothegroundaback-fillofleanmixmortarisrecommended.AlternativelystandtheSeparatorinaseparatechamberwithseparatecover,supportedbyaslabasabove.

ForsuspendedfloorswewillsupplyahangersystemforSeparatorsupto300Lcapacity.Separatorslargerthanthismustbesupportedfrombelowbystructuralfabricationbyothers.

DependingonthemodelofSeparatortherewillbeeither100mmor150mmnominalpush-fitsocketsor50mmplainspigots,seethedatasheetsformoreinformation.Usestandardpipeworkcouplingstosealthejointto50mmpipework.
