HOW TO ORDERIT’S AS EASY AS 1-2-3!
1. CHOOSE from our vast library of artwork. All designs are customized with your school name, mascot, and class colors where applicable. To maintain the integrity of each individual signature, we cannot print a Signature Design over pockets, seams, hems or zippers. Please be advised that slight variations in the print may occur when crossing such areas but these are not considered irregularities or misprints, simply part of the normal printing process to be expected.
2. SELEC T YOUR APPAREL from our new, updated collection of T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Pants, Shorts, Jackets, Polos, etc., in many styles and colors.
• Ychoice of tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc., to reach the minimum order of 24.
• Pthan printing on Mid-Toned or Dark-Toned Apparel. For this reason, you MUST order either all Light-Toned, all Mid-Toned or all Dark-Toned Apparel Colors.
• If you want a bigger variety of colors, you can combine Light-Tones, Mid-Tones and/or Dark-Tones in the same order, as long as you have a minimum of 24 of each with the same design or design combination of front, back, sleeves, etc.

• First, choose your designs and write down their design codes.• Secondly, there is a number that corresponds to each Print Location.

LET’S GET STARTED!1. Combine all of your favorite designs to create your own unique Senior
Shirt! Minimum order is just 24! All shirts must be of the same Apparel Color Group (either Light-Toned, Mid-Toned or Dark-Toned) and have the same design or design combination of front, back, sleeves, etc., all apparel must be printed in the same ink colors, and the size of the design cannot vary from garment to garment.
2. Collect signatures using signature sheets. Please do not use white-out. We cannot work from faxed signature sheets. Send in originals with
or Request a Design-Layout Board of the signature design of your choice, so that you can selectively place your signatures by writing them in yourself. Mail back to us with your completed order form and payment.
3. For typeset names, simply email a typed list of names to info@ graystonegraphics.com. Be sure to include your school name, address and contact phone number with your emailed list. Use upper and lowercase letters with proper capitalization along with any necessary accent and pronunciation marks. (Example: Diane McHenry or Rosario Danté) Be sure to indicate your preference of random or column typesetting on your Order Form. (Go online to Typeset Designs > What Is Typeset? for a complete description.)
4. Make a list of the personalized names you would like to order and email your list to [email protected]. Remember to include your school name, address, and contact phone number.

7. Send in full payment by school check, money order, credit card or purchase order.

CUSTOM ARTWORKHave your own SPECIAL ART? Our talented art department can transform your rough sketches and ideas into a custom design with your paid order of just 36 garments.1. Send us a sketch of what you’d like to have printed on your garment with
your complete order.2. On the order form, write “custom” next to the location where you will
want it printed. If you have more than one custom design, write custom 1, custom 2, etc. in corresponding areas of Order Form and number your artwork accordingly.
3. You must include an e-mail address where we can send your custom artwork for approval. When you receive your artwork proof, please reply with your approval as soon as possible. Your order turn-around time of 10 business days cannot begin until the completed order and artwork approval have been received.
