SETTINGS Where does the Story take place? In middle of the American Coasts. When does the story take place?  At the half way of the twentieth century. The weather was sunny. Changes in the setting during the history: There was a crystalline sea with a huge depth. The American baseball was in the peak during the forties and The fifties when the League Baseball was created. The shine and the eccentricity were darkened by the nightfall and the attack of wild animals. The beaches had the same colour of the sand and the palms Hemingway, the author of the book published the book in the fifties. The coasts had an exotic fauna such as the seagulls, the coloured marlins and tunas. Besides, we were able to appreciate blue sharks and the big fish of course. The gears of fishing weren´t Developed due to the fishmen used to go to the wooden ships, the harpoons for killing their preys.

    CAUSE AND EFFECT

    What happens:Santiago a loser man

    who dreamt to catch a big

    Fish failed in his attempt of

    But with the skeleton as a proof

    Gave back his honor.

    His young friend, Manolin tried

    To motivate him for pursuing his

    Dreams.

    Santiago said he would

    Some sharks and birds ate

    His huge prize.

    Many difficulties went

    Through his plan.

    Nevertheless, his sense of

    Avoid them.

    Santiago carried out his plan

    Santiago didnt catch any fish,Therefore he felt his efforts

    CONFLICT

    The fish was back. It was

    A BIG AND VIGOROUS FISH!

    Manolin tried to motivate to

    Santiago. He asked for fishing

    Together. Finally, Santiago

    Recovered his honor and his

    Honor from the other fishermen.
