Fan Finishes were calculated to accommodate themaximum number per Fan Model and then divided intoa descending grid that was predictable and aligned forthe readers Eye Comfort.

The Red text box outlines illustrate the consistentpositioning throughout regardless of Quantity.

This is an example of how subtile comfort can leadto consumer trust, by making sense even if they ar eunable to explain it, they feel it. Comfort.

Fan Details were designed around the negative spaceto accommodate the accordion-effect of variable data.The grid was designed to be predictable and alignedfor the readers Eye Comfort. The heavily weightedcontrast of the lower table is the focal point and a pointat which the eye jumps to from page to page.

The Magenta boxes illustrate the consistent divisionand spacing of information type and variables. This iswhere I anchored the placement.

With the changing Laws that govern energymanufactures of energy consuming products areoften left with a variety of the same product in theirwarehouses. In order do differentiate and clear oldinventory, we needed a way to inform the consumerwhich models were available in different configurations.

This Green Icon was shot down.

Charles Dickens was born i n 1812 near Portsmouth,

where his ather worked as a clerk. Living in Lon-

don in 1824, Dickens was sent by his amily to work

in a blacking warehouse, and his ather was arrested

and imprisoned or debt. Fortunes improved and

Dickens returned to school, eventually becoming a

parliamentary reporter. His frst piece o fction was

published by a magazine in December 1832, and by

1836 he had begun his frst novel, Te Pickwick

Papers. He ocused his career writing, completing

ourteen highly successul novels, as well as pen-

ning journalism, shorter fction and travel books.

He Died in 1870.

Book Cover Re-Design, Course Work for Ar t History II.Liberty Leading the People, By Eugne Delacroix

Delacroix depicted Liberty, personified by Marianne, symbol of the nation, as both an allegoricalgoddess-figure and a robust woman of the people, an approach that contemporary critics denouncedas ignoble. The mound of corpses acts as a kind of pedestal from which Liberty strides, barefootand bare-breasted, out of the canvas and into the space of the viewer. The Phrygian cap she wearshad come to symbolize liberty during the first French Revolution, of 1789-94. The painting has been

seen as a marker to the end of the Age of Enlightenment, as many scholars see the end of the FrenchRevolution as the start of the romantic era.

Theme: Make a headdress like Erykah Badu isknown to wear (Special Guest).

Stick figures are the primal representation of People, used by everyculture, every race, and every capable person on the planet. My

purpose for this design was to connect people through the useof a friendly dancing figure without influencing the

contestants headdress design.AIDS is a scary subject.
