located in Kings Mountain, NC.
Part of our mission is to improve the health
and sustainability of our local community,
and to provide delicious micro-greens
to individuals and businesses.
All products are grown to order.
All direct to customer products are delivered
weekly on Tuesday.
All wholesale products are delivered
on Tuesday and Friday afternoons.
What Are Micro-Greens?

Every micro-green starts as a
seed. Some seeds must be
soaked to promote germination
but not all do. These seeds
germinate in trays on steel
racks for 3-4 days. After that
they go under light for another
3-6 days depending on the type
of seed and other variables.
Once the micro-greens have
reached their desired size they
are harvested with a knife and
delivered to the customer or
business the following day.

To put it simply micro-greens
are baby produce, not too far
off from you normally see in
the store but it does have
several large differences. They
are harvestd young so the
plants themselves resemble
sprouts except they contain no
seed. They are much more
flavorful than their mature
counterparts and also container
