Grapecon Technologies Private Limited is a electronic manufacturing services (EMS) company based out of Nashik, Maharashtra. Grapecon specializes in manufacturing mobile phones and electronic mobile accessories such as charger and batteries.

Grapecon intends to support the flagship programs "Digital India" and "Make in India", an initiative by Government of India, with the vision to transform India into a digitally empowered and society.

Grapecon's high end infrastructure facilitates clean room, quality lab and assembly conveyer for testing equipment's. Grapecon provides contract manufacturing for mobile phone and other electronics products.

The Infrastructure

The Grapecon is spread across 25,000 square feet area with four 30 meter long assembly lines and two packing lines with Clean Room facility equipped for handling high-end mobile component assembling.

Our infrastructure focuses on high quality electronic manufacturing, assembly, testing of custom designed products.

Grapecon's inventory handling and control process is world class and provides components and post assembly environment, reliability and endurance testing facilities. Our infrastructure is highly scalable and has sufficient space to expand to multiple lines.

We have highly qualified technicians and resources for manual assembly and testing activities along with an ISO level manufacturing process which ensures high quality manufacturing.

Clean RoomClean room controls dust, impurities, temperature and humidity of the assembly area and allows our manufacturing unit to maintain proper aesthetics of finished good. Our 6000 square feet clean room facility provides appropriate temperature and humidity control maintaining 22°-25° temperature and 40 RH.

Clean room access is through separate air shower for staff and material to prevent the dust and impurities in assembly which give quality dust free finish product.

Assembly Line

• Mobile phone assembly line is the very important asset for assembly facility. We have 6 assembly line of 30 Mtr each with the capacity of 5 million production per annum. Our assembly line is capable of doing both smart phone and feature phone.

• Assembly line is having VSD conveyor whose speed can be vary with desire requirement. Assembly conveyer has provision for display of work instruction which create visual display for the workers.

• Equipped with Proper light fittings which provide 300 lux makes work easier for workers handling very small components and doing very critical operation line soldering and fixing.

Air Shower & Testing LabAir shower plays an important role in maintaining the Clean Room by preventing external dust and dirt from entering inside the assembly line through man or material. we have kept access to clean room through air shower.

Grapecon testing laboratory infrastructure offers following equipment's to test the radio frequency emitted by the mobile phones.

Storage & Handling

Grapecon is equipped with world class standard storage system and material handling equipment. Material storage and material handling is one of the key facility of contract facility. Grapecon works on principle like FIFO and JIT.

Storage Racks

We use standard designed racks for storing of mobile phone kit and raw materials. Our store management is well defined and systematic. We have kept separate location with respect to components and brands.

A-Class Store

We have Air conditioned room for A class components which maintain the quality of raw material. We have kept separate Kitting area where we prepare kit based on the production plan.

Material Handling Trolley

We have ESD controlled material handling trolleys for shifting both the raw and finished material from one location to another. Material handling trolley helps in fast and secure movement of material for one location another.

Material Storage Bins

For storing raw material in store location and storing raw material on assembly we have ESD controlled material storage bin to prevent the failure of components. We have proper design on bin suitable for storing different components.
