criteria sent to your email inbox daily.
When Your Future Home comes along, I’ll arrange a
visit for us. If it’s The One, I’ll help you prepare an
offer, negotiate price, conditions & closing date,
then I’ll manage the contracts, documents and
appointments. Resources in Law, Home Inspection,
Mortgage & Insurance are available as you need them.
There are no upfront fees for my services, and I offer
my Cancellation Guarantee if you decide not to buy.
I receive my ‘success fee’ from the seller’s brokerage,
only after you have taken possession of your new home.
Seller Counseling Session— I walk you through the
process and strategies for selling your property from
explaining my duties and your responsibilities in the
transaction, to legal disclosures, to how to successfully
negotiate the sale contract, closing, and more.
Comparative Market Analysis— I show how
your property compares with similar ‘For Sale’ and
‘Sold’ homes in the area. I then inspect your home
for special features and uniqueness, to determine
its value in today’s market. This $250 report is
included with a signed Listing Agreement.
Staging—I’ll advise you on how to present your
house and grounds, to maximize its selling features
Communication— I send you weekly updates on
our progress, and maintain easy access through
Email, Text, Calls and good old fashioned Visits!
Contract Negotiations— I will assist you in
fielding all offers: from the price, to closing date, to
sale conditions, and beyond
Manage appointments and paperwork - I
will liaise with Lenders, Home Inspectors, Legal
Counsel and other Brokerages on your behalf.
