VTS GRINDING DRUM PLAIN

These durable M14 threaded brazed grinding drums

are ideal for cleaning up all sorts of cut-outs.

The 20mm diameter size is ideal for neatly enlarging

drilled holes to create tap holes and small radiuses.

The 50mm and 75mm diameter size are great to use

for grinding down the stone to achieve the most accu-

rate sink cut-outs.

GRINDING DRUM FILLED

This grinding drum has a M14 thread, making it compati-

ble to screw into most UK angle grinders. The grinding

drum is made up of segments which are filled with resin

and are used to neaten curves.

GRINDING DRUM WD

This grinding drum has many segments that are encrust-

ed with coarse grained diamond crystals which aggres-

sively cut granite. This grinding drum is hard-wearing and

has a M14 fitting.

GRINDING DRUM SEGMENTED WET & DRY

These grinding drums can be used on granite, wet or dry.

The drums have been drilled at the sides and are closed at

the bottom. Water can be fed centrally should the drum

be connected to a water based machine.

These grinding drums come in 70mm and 75mm diameter

and has a M14 fitting.

GRINDING WHEEL

The grinding wheel is simply attached to the ma-

chine and the grinding face smooth's out stone.

This grinding wheel has a M14 fitting therefore

compatible with most UK machinery.

The grinding wheel is made up of metal segments

encrusted in diamond crystals and a lightweight

aluminium backer.

DRY POLISHING PAD HEXAGON

These polishing pads consist of high quality diamond

content, making them perfect for dry polishing on all

stone.

These hexagon discs are very popular for both on

site polishing and in-house factory jobs.

They are extremely light and simply need to be at-

tached to the polishing tool via their Velcro backer.

The polishing pads are 2mm thick therefore are long

lasting.

This is a flexible Velcro backing pad for diamond discs.

This backing pad is great for polishing concave curved

surfaces such as the inside of a cut-out. The pad flexes

DIAMOND CORE DRILL

These core drills offer flexible drilling solutions. They are suitable for use

with a variety of materials including granite, marble and quartz. They have

a fast and smooth drilling action, leaving a precise finish without chipping.

They can be used wet or dry and come with a ½” Gas fitting. The usable

drilling depth for these is 50mm.
