The popularity of grilling (asopposedtosteaming)makesthisanattractivefeature.
STEAM TABLEThe steam tableon theGrandMasterhotdog cart consists of two largecast ironburnerswith individualshutoffvalves.Thesteamtableaccom-modatesvarioussizesofpotsandlids.Itcomeswith2spillagepans,six1/3sizepansand2rolltops.Thepansare6”deepandcomewithsolidlids.Youcansteam,boilorwarmupfooditemsofyourchoice(hotdogs,buns,chili,cheeseetc.).Alternativeconfigurationsareavailable.Pansareeasilyremovedforcleaningandmaintenance.AllpansandlidsareNSFapprovedandlisted.
