Garmin Bank of Aryavart a leading Gramin Bank having 651 branches , 12 Regional offices and Head office having its operation in Hardoi,Unnao, Lucknow, Barabanki,Faizabad, Kannauj, Farrukhabad, Mainpuri, Aligarh, Mathura, Hathras, Agra,Ferozabad, Etah and Kasganj districts invites competitive rates for electrical work, data cabling, ups wiring, earthing work and solar wiring ( wherever required) at the proposed/ existing furnished / renovated branches/offices and new branches proposed to be opened. Separate offices tenders are to be submitted for maximum 3 sets (consisting 2 or 3 districts) of districts. There are 6 sets which are marked as Annexure I, II , III, IV, V & VI.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Competitive rates are to be submitted in closed envelope for 3 sets only (any three sets Annexure –I to Annexure – VI) of District under following terms and conditions: -

1 Firms having minimum experience of at least 5 years in electrical, data cabling, UPS wiring and earthing work etc are eligible to quote. Firms are required to have experience of working for minimum 3 years with commercial Banks / Gramin Banks and must be registered / approved contractor for electrical work.

2 Rates quoted should be inclusive of all type of charges, expenses, and Taxes FOR within the districts for which the rates are given.

3 Quote your competitive rate on enclosed formats (Annexure –I to Annexure –VI) separately for each set (MAXIMUM 3) in 3 closed separate envelopes.

4 Incomplete and conditional quotation will be treated as cancelled. 5 If it is found that the material used is not same as mentioned in quotation then the bank has the right to reject the work and for this Bank will not make

any payment as well as the said firm may be removed from the Bank’s empanelled list. 6 If any type of change is required in electrical work it should be duly approved by the Chief Manager, administration and services department Head

office and the Regional Manager of that Region where the branch is located. 7 If rates quoted are accepted to Bank then the electrical work is to be completed in given time, please note that if the work is not completed within

stipulated time then the bank has the right to impose the penalty at the rate of 3.00% for every week delay. 8 Rates quoted will be valid upto 30.09.2015. Bank reserves the right to place the order for each branch separately as the furnishing work at the

premises is completed. 9 Note that the measurement, quantity of different items are tentative and may increase or decrease as per the requirement of the bank. The normal

variation may be upto 20% or even more. 10 After the allotted work is completed the Regional Manager and the Chief Manager of A&S department, Head office or any officer authorised by the

Chief Manager may verify the work. 11 Bank will not provide any advance against the work order. 12 Bank will retain 5.00% cost of bill for 180 days while making the payment to cover the defect liability. 13 Note that before starting the electrical work, the material which is to be used should be duly certified by the Regional Manager or by any other officer

deputed from the Head office / Regional office. 14 Quotation in a closed envelope (separate envelope for any 3 sets ) must reach at head office positively on or before 08.12.2014 .All these envelopes

should be placed in big a sealed envelope. These quotations will be opened on 09.12.2014 on 3.30 PM at Head office in presence of committee members. All empanelled firms (who quoted the rates) are requested to remain present at the time of opening of tenders. Please note that no separate invitation will be sent.

15 Note that merely quoting the lowest rate is not the eligibility, bank may allot the work to more than 1 vendor and in this regard the bank has the full right to accept or reject the one and all tenders without any notice.

16. Note carefully that Bank shall be under no obligation to accept the lowest or any other offer received in response to this tender. Order will be placed keeping in view all the norms, features, quality, performance, services, brand name and certification etc. The decision of the Bank in this regard will be final and binding.

17 Firms have to submit their details as per enclosed Annexure X along with required photocopy of papers required for verifications. 18 There are 6 set of 15 districts as mentioned from Annexure I to Annexure VI.Every vendor will be restricted to forward / send tenders upto a maximum

of 3 sets in 3 separate sealed envelopes. Submission of tender / quotation for more than 3 (any) will not be entertained. 19 All vendors are required to doubly check calculations, rates etc.In case of any arithmetical mistake, (mentioned amount in the column of “ total cost”

or actual amount) the lowest between these two will be considered. 20 L1 of each category will also be ascertained whereas TL-1 ( Total lowest 1) for all the 5 jobs viz A,B,C,D & E ( Bundle) will also be ascertained to

place the order .On the basis of TL-1,Bank may place the order either for all the 5 jobs or may confined to 4/3/2/1 job out of 5 jobs. 21 There are 5 different jobs e.g. (A) Electrical work & UPS wiring ,(B) Voltage stabilizer for power voltage control, (C) Wiring for power supply by solar

power pack, (D) Data cabling and (E) Earthing work mentioned on the Annexure I toVI.Bank may place order for any of these jobs stated as (A) ,(B), (C),(D) or (E).There will be no compulsion on the Bank to place order for more than one job however there may be a combination of 2,3 or 4 jobs. There will a sole discretion of the Bank to allot stated work of one branch to different vendors. To clarify more it is mentioned that stabilizer may be purchased from a first vendor whereas earthling may be allotted to second vendor and wiring may be assigned to third vendor.

B. Before installation/ fitting, all the material must be inspected and approved by the Branch Manager/ Regional Manager/ any Bank official from A&S department, use of defective / sub standard / non approved / non specified items will not be accepted under any circumstances and the entire work will be rejected for such type of discrepancies.

C. The work if ordered is required to be completed in stipulated time, delay will attract penalty @3.00%for every

block (each block consist of 7 days).

D. Please quote your rates separately for each sets of districts (Annexure – I to Annexure – VI) for existing renovated branches/ proposed new branches to be opened .( Sets A to F)

E. The quoted rates will be valid upto 30.09.2015.
