Many may ask what is important or special about Marion High School, or specifically

what makes the Marion Class of 2013 stand out from the rest. As a student who has gone to school with the same people since preschool,

I can tell you; our class is one big family, with a shoulder to comfort one in every situation imaginable. From the death of a loved one, the loss of a sporting event, or the fight between best friends there has always been a feeling of family when the whole class comes together to comfort and provide condolences. With a graduating class of about forty people, it is

easy to see why we have all grown so close in the past years. Another amazing thing about our class is our ability to welcome new students

with open arms; going out of our way to make everyone feel welcome here is one of our

specialties which I feel sets us apart from the rest. So, when someone asks you what is so

special about the Marion Class of 2013 you can tell them that we are not a class but a family, and that we are sure to remain that way for
