Mathematics

• Algebra I Algebra I Pre-AP• Geometry Geometry Pre-AP• Math Models or Algebra II Algebra II Pre-AP• Algebra II or Pre-Calculus Pre-Calculus Pre-AP
• Math Models must be taken prior to algebra II
• If algebra is taken at the JH level, then Calculus or DC Algebra may be taken for the fourth year of math

Advanced Measures
• Distinguished Plan-in addition to 26 credits, a combination of 4 of the following advanced measures must be achieved
• A score of 3 or more on the College Board AP examination
• A score of 4 or more on an International Baccalaureate exam
• A grade of 3.0 or higher on college credit courses• Original research/project • A score on the PSAT that qualifies the student as a
Commended Scholar or higher by the National Merit Scholarship Corp.
