Georgia Tech housing has something for everyone! The Department of Housing is committed to providing students the very best in housing programs, services, and resources. Living on campus will allow you to experience everything Georgia Tech has to offer.

DEAR GRADUATE STUDENT

Congratulations on your acceptance to the Georgia Institute of Technology. We would like to welcome you to our Atlanta campus and let you know a few things about your graduate housing options for next year.

This brochure highlights both our single and family housing options. For example, a single student can choose to share a two-person or four-person furnished apartment with other single graduate students or live alone in a one-bedroom unfurnished apartment. Married couples can choose a one- or two-bedroom unfurnished apartment. Families with three or four members can live in an unfurnished two-bedroom unit. Rent for unfurnished apartments is paid monthly. Rent for furnished apartments is paid at the beginning of each semester.

TWO-BEDROOM FURNISHED

Georgia Tech offers 10th and Home two-bedroom apartments to single graduate students. Last year these apartments were the highest in demand and the most popular. With a variety of features and amenities designed to make your life as comfortable as possible, two-bedroom apartments are an obvious choice for on-campus housing.

Two graduate students (same gender) will share the best of both worlds — the luxury of off-campus living without the worry of filling an apartment with your own furniture! Each apartment features private bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area, washer, and dryer. Rent, utilities, and maintenance costs are combined making payments easy.

Each Graduate Living Center (GLC) apartment features four private bedrooms and two bathrooms. Four students (of the same gender) share a furnished living room and full kitchen. Private bedrooms are furnished with a twin bed (featuring an extra long mattress), desk, desk chair, wardrobe, and dresser. Lounges are located throughout the building to provide you with areas for studying with a group or by yourself. The workout room and laundry room are located on the first floor.

FOUR-BEDROOM FURNISHED

Need the privacy of living in your own apartment but still want to live on campus? Georgia Tech Housing offers one-bedroom unfurnished

apartments where rent is paid monthly. Each apartment is spacious with room to live and study and has its own washer and dryer. Utilities, high-speed Internet, and HD cable are included in the rent. Kitchens are equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, pantry, and sink with a garbage disposal.

SINGLE STUDENT ONE-BEDROOM UNFURNISHED

Report to class or the lab, grab lunch with a few friends, do a little shopping, and come home to a cheerful modern apartment — all within a convenient mile or two. Family Housing has gated on-site parking available through the Georgia Tech Department of Parking and Transportation, along with an enclosed, park-like courtyard with picnic area and playground.

FAMILY ONE- AND TWO-BEDROOM UNFURNISHED
