Please see our Wedding Sales Manager for rates. Rental rates include the following: Use of the space for 4 hours for your event with 2 additional hours available prior for vendor set up. Additional time may be added prior to your event for $200 per hour. Foundry house linen of your color choices of black, ivory or white underlay & white or black overlay. Table and banquet chairs for your event Event space set up and clean up Basic catering needs (glassware, silverware, china & white linen napkins) Foundry centerpieces with votive candles Bottle of Champagne or sparkling cider on cake table for bride and room Banquet Captain and Service Team dedicated to your event Complimentary self-parking The Booking Process Once you have decided on your date and space, your sales manager will send you a contract for your banquet space and hotel rooms (if applicable.) The contract gives you the first right of refusal should another client request your date and banquet space. After 14 days your signed contract along with a $200 deposit per banquet space reserved must be received in order to confirm your date and space, otherwise all banquet space and hotel rooms will be released to the next inquiry. The Foundry requires a $1,000 deposit. Should your event cancel once the deposit is paid, all payments are non-refundable or transferable. Schedule of Payments The initial deposit of $200 per banquet space ($1,000 for The Foundry) is due when you first sign your agreement; the next payment of 50% is due 30 days prior to the event. The final payment is due along with the final guaranteed number of guests one week prior to your event date. All payments are non-refundable. Ceremony Rehearsal Rehearsal times will be scheduled like any other event. We do offer you a complimentary time and space to rehearse, but you may have to work around other events. While we always try to accommodate rehearsals in the true ceremony location, we cannot always guarantee that your rehearsal space will be in the same space as your ceremony. Vendors We are happy to recommend vendors that have successfully worked with the Graduate Athens & The Foundry in the past, or you are welcome to provide your own florist, photographer, officiate, music, transportation, cake, or videographer! Please note that glitter and confetti may not be used in banquet spaces, and holes may not be put into walls. Transportation We are happy to offer two complimentary shuttle trips within a five-mile radius in our 12-guest shuttle van for wedding groups that have a hotel room block, wedding ceremony or reception at the hotel. Shuttle reservations are on a first-come, first served basis and cannot be guaranteed unless reserved. If transportation is required for your event, please arrange this with our front desk. Schedule for Planning Menu selections and planning can commence two to four months prior to your wedding. A detailed wedding planning checklist will be given prior to the meeting for your review. All booking and arrangements with your various vendors (i.e. photographers, musicians, etc.) should be finalized before this meeting. Your sales manager will need a list of all vendors including contact name and cell phone numbers. Typically this meeting is done in conjunction with the menu tasting if applicable.

Catering at Graduate Athens & The Foundry Many consider the Graduate Athens & The Foundry as the finest event venues in Athens for catered events. That’s because our vision has always remained the same – to bring both quality and a creative menu that reflects the tastes of our wedding couples. The dedicated event professionals of the Graduate Athens & The Foundry enjoy nothing better than planning a wedding event of a lifetime. Please see our included menus and bar options to help you get started on creating your very special occasion.

Graduation Athens & The Foundry Catering Policies Cater ing Pol icy Due to specific liability policies & licensing, all food and beverage (including alcohol) must be provided by the Graduate Athens with the exception of the wedding cake. Wedding Cakes Wedding groups are allowed to provide their own wedding and grooms cakes. The Graduate Athens is happy to offer recommendations to our preferred bakeries. Food & Beverage Minimums and Guest Counts Food and beverage minimums are required for each catered event and depend on your date and time of day. Generally, food and beverage minimums are set on a per person basis. Due to the high demand of peak booking dates and seasons, higher food and beverage minimums are required on specific dates throughout the year. Generally these dates range from April – June, September – November. Chi ldren ’s Meals and Dietary Concerns We offer an array of children’s meals, or children under 12 may eat your wedding meal for one half of the meal price. We are happy to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. Menu Tast ings We offer 3 - 4 Bridal Open House & Tasting events per year. Our tastings are a great way to view all spaces and suites and to try an array of menu selections and wedding cakes! These events are typically scheduled on Sunday afternoons to better accommodate busy schedules. Should you be unable to attend one of our Bridal Open Houses, we are happy to schedule a private tasting for two guests. These tastings include four menu items and two cake types. Private Tastings must be scheduled during weekday lunch hours. Wedding Coordinat ion While your sales manager will work with you in planning all the details of your event, we do not offer day-of coordination for your wedding ceremony or reception. Please ask your sales manager about preferred Athens wedding coordinators that do offer special package pricing for events at the Graduate Athens & The Foundry. Your Graduate Athens Sales Manager Will:

• Answer questions, provide event suggestions and act as your primary hotel contact. (While a wedding planner is not required, a coordinator is recommended for ceremonies and rehearsals)

• Consult on all food and beverage selections to best suite your event • Coordinate all food and beverage, event set-up, timeline of events and coordination of vendors • Create a cost estimate of charges and your payment schedule • Recommend hotel contacts to assist you with arrangements for spa, transportation, entertainment and other activities • Coordinate the set-up of the contracted event space for the ceremony, reception and any other events • Arrange for tent rentals, specialty linens, specialty lighting, etc. • Assist with etiquette, guidance and general flow for your ceremony, reception and toasts
