Clubs  We have some top notch clubs here at Primrose run by amazing teachers, students and parents/guardians who have an eye for a variety of subjects. You can join them in expressing your inner uniqueness and find your true passion. Here are some of the destinies you can be a part of, starting with the following...

Magic Club Abracadabra! A magic club has appeared here at Primrose, run by grade 6 magicians Emma F. and Beth W. from Mrs Robertson's class. Come only if you are in grades 1,2, and 3. They meet every Wednesday, in the Learning Commons at 2nd break. We know that April Fool’s is a long way away, but it doesn’t hurt to prepare because you’re going to need some tricks up your sleeve! Who knows what your friends have in store for you. So don't be shy to come down and express your trixter side.

Photography Club Run by the one and only Mrs. Anderson and the outstanding Mrs. Mackenzie! There are weekly photo challenges and the photography club is full of some unique talent. You can also get awesome chances to take awesome

photos! Sharpen your skills to become a pro photographer and capture the beauty of the world. If you've got an eye for photos, photography club’s got an eye for you. Actually, everyone was learning some cool dances that the dance team taught, even if you were not in the dance team.

Sewing Club  Have you ever been in a store, seeing that beautiful, soft, lovable toy in the window…? Then your mom says no to buying it? Well, why wait when you can make your own in sewing club! Join Mrs. Anderson on day 4 second recess in the learning commons. Come on down and sew whatever you desire! You can make many things from Itty Bitty Bean Bags, to your homemade stuffed toy pillows! Just about anything you put your mind to!

Art Club If you’re the kind of person who likes to doodle, bring your talent down to the Learning Commons every other Thursday second recess instead of in the middle of math class! It saves you the trouble of getting shouted at by a teacher! In art club, Gigi W., Chloe M., and Shelby will join you in being creative with texture, shading, colour etc. They will help you put pizzazz in your art. Mystery Questions  Is this an old hag, or a beautiful young lady?

How do you fit a giraffe in a fridge?    How do you fit a rhino in a fridge?

The lion king calls a meeting and you have to cross a river infested with crocodiles. You have no materials that would help you get through the water. How do you get across? A rhino does not attend the meeting. Why?

Brain Teasers   Is this a duck or a rabbit?

Illusions of the day

Annie Jr.

If you’re an Annie fan, you're in luck because right here at Primrose we’re having our very own Annie production! Starring Avery Smith as Annie, James S AND Alejandro.A.B as Mr. Warbucks , Jennifer M. as the evil Ms. Hannigan, and just you wait to see the rest of our incredible cast. Look out because the show’s coming sooner than you think! For any cast members out there, make sure to come to as many practices as possible because if you don't, the hard knock life is coming your way!  Speaking of the hard knock life, make sure your whole family gets their tickets as soon as possible! We’ve interviewed Gigi Wortley and Ashley Dickson which if you didn’t already know are just some of our many talented cast members. We asked them about the ‘orphan experience’ and they said…. Gigi- “It is very nice, I love to be acting even if it is my first play ever. The cast is great and I love working with them.”  Ashley says- ”It's great! I got Duffy in this play, but there is one issue: LINES! I even got a line taken away!” We also asked Chloe Maclean how acting is in her perspective. Her response was…. “I love it, it's a great experience! Whether it's interacting with the cast or dancing or singing, oh I just love it all!” For me, Shelby, what I find interesting is that Chloe doesn't even have any lines or solos and yet she’s not even complaining or anything! What a trouper! Well, that’s it for now! Tune in next time to hear about the latest info.
