General Instructions

1. Please find the enclosed registration form and the filled up form should reach ‘The Principal, Karaikudi Institute of Management, KIT & KIM Technical Campus, Managiri Post, KARAIKUDI – 630307’ on or before 18th April 2014.

2. The prescribed fee for Graduation Day function is Rs. 500/- which includes graduation costume charges and photo charges. The payment shall be made in person at the registration desk on the day of function.

3. The Graduation Day function will be held on 25 th April, 2014 in the Seminar Hall, KIT & KIM Technical Campus at 12.05 P.M. The students are requested to report at 9.15 A.M. Candidates coming late may not be entertained to attend the function.

4. A rehearsal will be held on the same day at 10.00 AM in the Seminar Hall. All candidates receiving the degree at the function should report for rehearsal.

5. The prescribed costumes will be delivered to the candidates at the registration desk. It is mandatory that all the candidates must receive the degree in the prescribed costumes. The costumes will have to be returned by the candidates after the Graduation Day ceremony. In case, the costume is damaged, the cost will be borne by the candidate.

6. All are requested to rise in their places when the academic procession enters the hall and remain standing until the chief guest is seated.

7. When the function is over, all are requested to rise in their places and remain standing until the procession leaves the hall.

8. Official photographers of the institution shall take the photograph of the Graduates during the Graduation Day Ceremony.

9. Bags, cell phones and cameras are not permitted inside the hall.
