  • Vs. 17,Contrasts in Ambassadorship!

  • The wicked ambassador will be a disaster to himself, those that he represents, and those he was sent to.The righteous ambassador will be a blessing to all.

  • Doctrine of Ambassadorship

  • Every Church Age believer has two key royal patents, we are Royal Priests, 1 Peter 2:9, and Royal Ambassadors for Christ, 2 Cor 5:20; Eph 6:20.

  • As official representatives of God, when we speak the message of reconciliation, it is as though God Himself is doing the talking.

  • Ambassador in chains, conveys both the risk involved for one who acts as an emissary for God, and the oneness the ambassador has with the message he is speaking.

  • Prerequisites for the Function of the Royal Ambassadorship.

  • Prerequisites for the Function of the Royal Ambassadorship.

    1. You must be saved.

  • Prerequisites for the Function of the Royal Ambassadorship.

    1. You must be saved.2. You must be Filled with the Holy Spirit, Eph 5:18, by means of 1 John 1:9.

  • 3. You must exercise the daily function of GAP by means of the filling of God the Holy Spirit.

  • 4. You cannot be negligent in applying Bible doctrine, and you must be zealous with reference to the Holy Spirit when serving, Rom 12:11.

  • 5. Experiential Sanctification, (i.e., Walking in the Light, Abiding in Christ, Fellowship with God, and the Filling of the Holy Spirit).

  • 6. The Ambassador for Christ must have integrity, honor, inner stability and conscientiousness in order to rightly serve the Lord, as well as mankind, (RFHC).

  • The Profile of the Ambassador.

  • 1. Ambassadors do not appoint themselves. We are appointed by God at the moment we believe in Jesus Christ.

  • 2. The Ambassador does not support himself, we are provided for by Gods logistical grace blessings.

  • 3. The Ambassadors instructions are always in written form, so he has no doubt as to what he should do. We have the policies, PSD, instructions, principles, doctrines, and concepts in written form in the Scripture.

  • 4. The Ambassador does not belong to the country to which he is sent. Our citizenship and home is in heaven, Phil 3:20.

  • 5. The Ambassador does not live in the foreign country for his own personal interest. We live here on earth solely to serve in the interest of our Lord.

  • 6. The Ambassador does not treat any insult to himself as personal, Prov 12:16b.

  • 7. When an Ambassador is recalled, it means his work is finished, or it is a declaration of war. This is analogous to our deaths and the Rapture of the Church. The Tribulation is analogous to the period of war.

  • Grace Offering

2 Cor 9:6-8, He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. 7Each one must do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 8And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed.
