GPX Canada Zone Chart Rates effective January 1, 2016

Service:

Weekend: & Holiday Service*

Standard: Door-to-Door or Station-to-Station Service.

Priority: “Guaranteed Space”: Shipment guaranteed to arrive on quoted schedule. 100% Refund Guarantee. See reverse for details.

Collect Service: $6.00 extra Saturday Pick-up and Delivery Service: Subject to a $20.00 surcharge. Weekend sticker must be applied on the shipment in close proximity to the waybills.

Sunday/After-Hours/Holiday Pick-Up and Delivery Service: Subject to a $31.35 surcharge. Weekend sticker must be applied on the shipment for Sunday shipments.

How to Determine Your Rates:1) Find your Key Point: Reference the National Key Points & Rates file and locate the Zone Code for your Origin and Destination

cities.

2) Find your Rate Zone: Locate the intersection between your Origin (row) and Destination (column) to find your Rate Zone.

3) Find your Rate: Determine cumulative weight, then reference the Rates chart in the Key Points & Rates file to determine the rate for the shipment. Determine both the Dimensional and Actual weight of your package.

- Domestic Dimensional Weight Formula: (Length x Width x Height) in inches / 1,728 x 10 = Dimensional Weight in pounds.

- Shipment pricing is based on the cumulative total of the greater of the dimensional or actual weight per piece. On the Rates chart, locate the weight tier (shaded in white or grey) closest to but NOT exceeding your shipment weight. For shipments exceeding 100lbs, add the per lb rate indicated in the rate chart to the 100lb base rate for each additional

lb. Example: 125lb rate = 100lb rate + (25lb x incremental per pound rate).
