Technological Features

Automatic Course and Hole Recognition

• The GolfBuddy automatically detects which golf course you are at without having to select the course in the device. Turn it on and find the course

• Same holds true for the hole. Device will recognize the exact hole you are on when near the tee box.

Remaining Distance Displayto Targets

• GolfBuddy provides the distance to natural or man made hazards such as bunkers (sand traps), creeks, and other uneven terrain

• It also provides layup and carry distances so that the golfer will know the distance to the target, and the distance to carry or go over the target

Continuous Distance Updates and Your Current Position

• No need to synch the device each time you go up to your next shot. It will continuously provided the distance to the pin.

Golf Course Customization

• The user can add up to 11 additional targets per hole. While the device has pre-selected targets based on the hazards and other markers, the golfer too can put targets based on their golf game

Calculate Shot Distance

• Measure the distance from one shot to another by establishing the beginning point and ending point

• You can use this function to calculate how far a particular club can be hit

Remaining Distance Display to the Green

• GolfBuddy will provide the remaining distances to the front, center, and back of the green. So depending on pin placement, you will have accurate distance for club selection

Score Tracking

• The device will hold up to 1,000 rounds of scores for the user

• It stores the course played, date played, and score per hole. This allows for user to have a basis for improvement and score comparison
