General informationThe GPP LPR is a module of GPP parking systems. The main purpose of GPP LPR is the recognition and processing of

licence plates (LP) scanned by the camera interconnected with the server. The camera scannes the LP at the entry terminal during the parking ticket issue. The LP number is allocated to a parking ticket and recorded to the database; it can be printed on the ticket. Upon the exit, the LP number of the vehicle is compared with the database values and the exit is permitted or refused. The LP number can be printed on the receipt after payment. The system can be set to allow passage through the terminal only on the basis of a recognized LP (this function is available also for the prepaid parking or the visitor booking schemes). The recognized LP is compared with the database values and the vehicle is permitted/refused to enter/exit. The GPP LPR system allows further use of acquired data (reports, statistics), it is fast, precise and economical.
