Madam j Sir,

A 3 days Capacity Building Training programme has been organized at 5th floor, Conference Hall,

Swasthya Sathi Building, Swasthya Bhawan Campus for Public Health Manager working under

NUHM. The participants will be oriented on key features of NUHM, RCH care, Public Health

Programmes, HMIS, National Health Programmes and administrative issues.

ORDER

The State Samiti has to settle Travelling Allowances claims to the programme l'

functionaries & other officials but absence of any regulations/others in this regard often IIcomes in the way of the way of the desired standard of programme implementation. The "individual Disease Control Programmes has separate rules for TAmanagement based on the l:i

Central Govt TARules. The State Samiti however needs a TA Rule to apply uniformly in Irespect of all the programmes run by it. .

In order to run the programme smoothly, and after due consideration of all relevant Iaspects of the issue, the following TA entitlements has been approved and will come intoeffect from the date of issu of the order and this will remain valid till further order in this. respect.

Entitlement of Travelling Allowances and Daily Allowance of officials attached toWest Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti either on re-employment or ondeputation or opn contractual engagement or as Consultant will be as per scheme notedhereunder:
