Current Responsibilities are:A. PLANNING, SCHEDULING & MONITORING
Planning & Scheduling: Prepare, Review & updating overall project Schedule at L1, L2, L3 level, Pre & Post award monitoring schedule for various packages, Overall S Curve & Resource planning by using Primavera(version P3, P6 version 8.2), MS project and MS Excel
Proposal schedule preparation for future projects Monitoring & analysis of project progress i.e Ordering, Engg, Manufacturing, Supply,
Construction & Commissioning Activities Conducting weekly & Monthly progress review meeting with various civil, Mechanical,
Electrical vendors Conducting overall project progress review (Engg, Quality, Construction &
commissioning) meeting at internal & external level Progress reports: Weekly/monthly Exception reports for Top Management, Monthly
progress report for Client/Top Management Presentation for Project progress review at Top management level showing critical issues,
overall project progress. Resolving various critical construction, Engg, material supply contractual issues with the
help for Top management by conducting various meeting and through daily war room reports & presentation.
B. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Reviewing the Purchase Requisition for floating NIT to vendors Organizing technical meetings of vendors with engineering team to resolve issues
Interface among various disciplines ensuring proper sequence of works. Coordinating project activities encompassing material planning and other allied functions
for accomplishment of overall project schedule. Preparing Project Cash Flow in terms of Revenue, Cost, Cash In, Cash Out & Net Cash
Available and updating Quarterly/ Half Project Cost Sheet: Preparing & updating package wise budgeted cost Estimation,
Committed, Forecast & Actual Cost in consultation with Engg, Project Management showing project profitability
CURRENT SALARY : 13 Lacs / annum (excluding PLI & Retention)
