4. Photographic copy or copy produced on a duplicating machinemaybe acceptedif it is abundantly clear.

5. (1) Should any copy—

(a) exceed [0 pagesofdouble-spaced typing on size A4 paper; or

(b) contain tabularorother matterwhich involvescomplicated setting;

it will be classed as “lengthy” copy, and will be required to besubmitted not less than 21 days before the date of closing for theGazette in which it is to be published,

(2) Lengthy copy may be accepted at less than 21 days’notice if—

(a) the work involvedis ofa straight forward and non-tabularnature; and

(b) the total volume of work on hand for the time beingpermits its acceptance.

6. Notwithstanding anything tothe contrary contained in theseconditions, any copy—
