Supply of Cashew Nut Plant to different Panchayat Samities of Paschim Medinipur District

Terms & Conditions1. Successful Tenderers shall have to execute an Agreement with the Office of the District

Officer, F.P.! & Horticulture, Paschim Medinipur on a Non-judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.100/ - (Rupees one hundred) only within the date specified in the letter of intimation.

2. The intending Tenderers shall have to furnish the copy of the documents related toCredential Certificate, Trade License, Seed License, Current LT. Return, Professional TaxClearance, Sale Tax Documents, VAT, PAN and other related documents.

3. No tender will be accepted without Earnest Money.4. Each page of Tender shall be signed by the Tenderer before submission of Tender Paper.5. The supplied above stated Planting Material should have in suitable Poly Packet and bear

6. Cashew nut, Nursery man should have Progeny orchard of BPP-8, V-4 andJhargram-I variety. They should have authentic documents for varietal certification.In case of supplier has no progeny orchard, they must collect the plant fromauthentic nursery who has maintained the above varietal progeny orchard withdocumen ta tion.

7. Permanently grown poly packet plant will be supplied.8.Permanently grown poly packet plant will be supplied.9.The supplied Packet planting material must be vegetative propagated, well rooted ,well vigor

and true to type of variety and in any case if the supplied material will differ from theoriginal variety, the material wiII not be received by the concerned Receiving Authority andin this issue the Security Deposit will be forfeited.

10. Supply of planting material should be made to different Panchayat Samities of the Districtof Pasch.im Medinipur with the own cost of the successful Tenderer.

11. Mortality if any to be made good forthwith.12. Payment will be made from the Office of the District F.P.I. & Horticulture Officer, Paschim

Medinipur in such a manner that 50% of the total payment will be made after gettingsatisfactory delivery report from different Panchayat Samities and rest 50% amount will bepaid 45 days after 1st payment considering the leaf analysis report for varietalcharacters/ report from the Field / Executive Officer of Panchayet Samities.

13. The tenders, which do not fulfiIl any of the above conditions or incomplete in any respect,are liable to be summarily rejected.

14. The entire quantity of the material should be supplied within 10 days after issue of thesupply Order.

15. The authority reserves the right to reject or accept any or all tenders without assigning anyreason whatsoever.

16. The authority also reserves to the right to choose any kind of item or items.17. The authority is not bound to accept the lowest tender.18. If the successful tenderer denies to accept the offer letter then h.is Earnest Money will be

forfeited. In case of failure to complete the supply work with.in the stipulated time, his offerletter will be cancelled and Earnest money will be forfeited without assigning any reasonthereof.

20. In the event of tender being submitted by a grower / supplier, it must be signed by eachmember thereof and in the event of absence of any partner, it must be signed on his behalfby a person holding a power of attorney authorizing him to do so.

21. The Tenderer shall have to submit the self attested photocopy of all related documentsalong with the tender paper.

22. All papers shall be verified with the originals.23. The Security Deposit Money will be refunded after successful delivery of the items and

getting satisfactory field report.
