Program Highlights
Vision:
• Create a “builder’s lot program” with a large public
amenity use such as a city athletic complex
• Lay out buildings to enable large area to be used by
public, such as playing fields, athletic facilities, and
skating rink.
• Build a minimum of 2,000 residential units
• Create a mix of 60% owner occupied and 40%
rental units.
• Plan flexibility in development to respond to
market conditions.

• Phase 1 – Planning, entitlement & public uses
• Phase 2 – Demolition, Infrastructure & public uses
• Phase 3 – Land sales for immediate construction
