Mission Swaraj intends to invite applications/Expression of Interest (EOI) from

NSDC partners & NGOs for implementation of "Employment through Skill Training &

Placement (EST& P) & Social Mobilization & Institutional Development (SMID)

respectively under NULM, in Delhi.

The details are available on website of Revenue Department, Government of

Application format & Eligibility Criteria can be downloaded from website or can be obtained

from Mission Swaraj office from 19th November 2018 to 28th December 2018 (from 11.00

AM to 2.00 PM). Last date for submission of application is 28th December 2018 upto 6:00

Criteria for Organization for EST81P Component

1.Organisation should be registered under relevant Act and Authority.2.Minimum three years experience in running Vocational Courses required. (Please

attached Proof thereof).3.Minimum fixed assets of Rs.10 Lakh in terms of land/building/assets.4.Organisation not been blacklisted or placed under defaulter funding by any

Government Agencies. (Attach an affidavit on Rs.lO/-stamp paper)

5.Organisation office should be in Delhi.6.The Organisation should not have any inclination towards any political or religious

affiliations. (Attach an affidavit on Rs.lO/-stamp paper)7.Minimum annual turnover of the Organisation should be 30 lakh for last three year.

(Attach proof of turnover).8.An earnest money of Rs.5000/-in the shape of Demand Draft in favor of Mission

Director, Mission Swaraj, may be enclosed (In case of non submission of EMD,application will not be considered)

2.Copy of the registration Certificate of the organization.3.Copy of the constitution of the organization. (Private/ Semi private/etc).

4.Copy of latest Annual Report for last three years.5.Copy of audited statements of last 3 years with balance sheets

Note: Decision of Mission Swaraj regarding selection process will be final and nocorrespondence in this regard will be considered.

NGO should be registered under the Society Registration Act 1860.Minimum three years experience in formation of Self Help Groups 8i Microfinance

activities required. (Please attached Proof thereof)Minimum fixed assets of Rs.2 Lakh in the name of NGO in terms of

land/building/assets.NGO not been blacklisted or placed under defaulter funding by any GovernmentAgencies. (Attach an affidavit on Rs.l0/-stamp paper)

proof of turnover)NGO may be selected as a Resource Organisation on the basis of domain knowledge

and prior experience in social mobilization of poor households, training and capacity

building, livelihood promotion, and bank linkages.An earnest money of Rs.5000/-in the shape of Demand Draft in favor of MissionDirector, Mission Swaraj, may be enclosed (In case of non submission of EMD,

application will not be considered)
