FOR PROPOSED RENOVATION WORKS OF OFFICE PREMISES AT 1ST FLOOR,
CIDCO BHAVAN, SOUTH WING, CBD-BELAPUR, NAVI MUMBAI Water and Sanitation Support Organization, Maharashtra (herein referred as
WSSO) invites applications for the prequalification of Architectural
Consultancy Firm for Proposed Renovation of Office Premises (Area Approx
11,000 Sft) at 1st Floor, CIDCO Bhavan, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai-400614.
The prequalification criteria, terms and conditions of appointment and the
detailed Proforma etc. for submission of the application form and price bid for
the purpose can be downloaded from www. water. maharashtra.gov.in
The last date for submission of completed application form in the prescribed
format at this office will be 19th September 2014 up to 13.00 Hrs
The tendering authority reserves the right to revise or amend this notice and /
or bid documents fully or partly, prior to the last date noticed for submission of
offers or on any subsequent date
Director, WSSO reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without
assigning any reason there for and no correspondence would be entertained in
this regard.

PRE-QUALIFICATION OF ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANCY FIRM
TECHNICAL BID THE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. PRE QUALIFICATION (PQ) CRITERIA i. Experience of the firm Min.10 (Ten) years in Designing of Offices in
Navi Mumbai / Mumbai. Preference will be given to the firms who have executed at least two similar works and have experience of Designing modern offices for Government /Semi-Government/ PSUs in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai.
ii. The Proprietor / partner / associates / permanent employees of the
consultant should have a valid registration and license as an Architect from statutory authorities viz. Council of Architects / Indian Institute of Architects etc. as required for such type of works.
iii. The consultant should also have a full fledged office in Navi Mumbai / Mumbai and should have adequate number of qualified Architects, Engineers and other personnel on their payroll / establishment of the company.
iv. The firm shall not have any discouraging / adverse report about their
performance in the past five years.
v. The firm should have successfully completed similar works during last 5 (five ) years ending on 31st March 2014 should be either of the following:
a. Three similar completed projects not less than 40 % of the total
carpet up area of the Proposed Project combined together. OR
b. Two similar completed works costing not less than 50 % of the total
carpet up area of the proposed Project combined together. OR
c. One similar completed work costing not less than 80 % of the total
built up area of the proposed Project combined together.
vi. Director, WSSO reserves the right to amend the criteria for selection and
to decide the number of firms to be selected depending upon the response
received to the Advertisement and WSSOs the then requirements.

2. The application forms have to be submitted in a prescribed format in a
Two Cover System viz. Technical and Financial Bid in a Sealed Cover
along with other details etc. as laid down in the enclosed Formats. Both the
above sealed covers one named as TECHNICAL BID and the other
FINANCIAL BID should be placed in a third sealed cover super scribed
with the legend PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONSULTANT FOR THE
PROPOSED RENOVATION WORKS OF OFFICE PREMISES AT 1ST FLOOR,
CIDCO BHAVAN, CBD-BELAPUR, NAVI MUMBAI. The last date for
submission of completed application form in the prescribed format at
this office will be 19th September 2014 up to 13.00 Hrs.
3. Please note that the applications received will be screened and shortlisted
on the basis of the aforesaid PQ criteria and their other credentials and
detailed presentation of their proposal / scheme before the Director,
WSSO / Committee of WSSO. The final selection of the consultant will be
made on the basis of techno-commercial evaluation by assigning weight-
ages in the ratio of 70% to the presentation scheme (various technical
parameters) made before Director, WSSO / Committee of WSSO and 30%
to the Financial bid (professional fees quoted in the sealed cover).
4. After proper appointment of the Architect, the Architect has to enter in to
an agreement on Rs 200/- (Two Hundred Only) Non-Judicial Stamp
Paper as per the Organizations format.
5. Director, WSSO reserves the right to reject any or all the applications
without assigning any reason there for and no correspondence would be
