Ÿ Upto 75 acres of Land will be provided free of
cost on a 50 year renewable lease.
Ÿ Stamp duty will be exempted to units
certified to be a FAB Unit bv the Authorized
Agency.
Ÿ Stamp duty and registration fee on FAB units,
provided such unit is certified to be a FAB
Unit by the Authorized Agency.
Ÿ The State Government will reimburse the
cost of construction of the building shell used
for housing the FAB unit after.
Ÿ Electricity as per requirement of the Unit will
be provided at the site of the Unit from two
grids.
Ÿ To provide uninterrupted, Power supply
adequate water supply for the FAB facility.
Ÿ To provide sewerage infrastructure of
adequate capacity
Ÿ To provide quality roads between the FAB

Essential Services Act.
Ÿ Units necessary for FAB operation will be
treated as a part of FAB unit
Ÿ The total value of incentives paid under this
policy to any unit will limited to 15% of total
capital investment of the unit.

under lT lnvestment Policy 2012 (as
amended in 2014) and lndustrial Promotion
Policy 2014 to FAB Units
Ÿ To provide assistance in obtaining the
various incentives/subsidies from Govt. of

superseding this policy, which ever is earlier.
